I'm just getting into fermented food and I was surprised to see that mentioned too. I need to hurry up and ferment my green beans.
ReplyDeleteUm... okay... lol, if my green beans fermented I think I would throw them out... lol! To each her own, eh? I certainly love sourdough bread and I guess that's fermented, when you think about it.
